30-Day Return Window: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your vape device, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Condition for Return: To ensure the safety and quality of our products, returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
Refunds
Quick Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned device, we’ll process your refund promptly. You can expect the refund to be applied to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Exchanges
Defective or Damaged Devices: If you receive a defective or damaged vape device, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a prompt exchange to ensure you receive a fully functional product.
